Just finished re-watching

I'd love to know how Walt was suppose to have planted that packet of Splenda without being seen. They never turned away from him.

I suspect he went and planted it before they got there. I'm guessing when he used to meet Lydia there she always sat in the same spot every week so he knew where to put it so she would use it.

Yes, that occurred to me this morning so I watched it again and it's obviously as you say.

It was Hank Schrader stupid of me to miss that. No that's unfair, even Hank would have caught that.

I rewatched that scene, as it seemed Walt had appeared out of nowhere. And there's a wide shot of the whole cafe, and we see Lydia sat down and Todd goes over to her. When I first watched it, they are the only two people I saw, but when I watched it again I was surprised to see Walt sitting in the foreground right in front of the camera!

So he had been sat in the cafe waiting for her to arrive.

Then he goes to the table next to Lydia's, then he moves the chair across.

"Look at it this way; in a hundred years who's gonna care?"
