Maybe VG casts this guy on purpose so everyone will for sure watch his death scene? I'm not even kidding.

Kind of a weird choice to call out for "not being scary." He was mostly just a random henchman for Gus, they never tried to make him particuarly intimidating.

That was my first thought - Gus always wanted dumb people he could control under him.

What makes you think Gus only wanted dumb people? He had all kinds of guys under him when it came to intelligence, but they all had 1 common trait, loyalty.

Except Walt was pretty loyal aswell, Jesses *beep* the relationship up with the whole attack on Gus dealers thing.
