If Frings ran the whole meth scene in New Mexico for quite some time what was his relationship with Tuco?
Were they working in opposition to each other or working together on some level?
If they were enemies why didn't they attempt to have the other killed thus removing the competition?
I always thought they were distrubuting the same meth, it's just that they were in different divisions of the business. It's possible I'm missing something, and Tuco's meth came elsewhere. Maybe someone else can clarify.
I just assumed Tuco and Gus had mutual interests at least Tuco thought so, but had he lived longer, he'd be part of Gus' plot to bring down all of the Salamancas.
