How did this show get 12 seasons?
TBBT isn’t very funny, neither is Chuck Lorre’s other show Two and a half Men.

shareI felt it went down hill when Kelly Cuoco cut her hair off. I concede this is probably coincidence but I no longer found her character funny when she looked like Florence Henderson or a professional softball player.

shareIt jumped the shark when Bernadette and Amy became main characters. It completely died when it became about Bernadette sitting in bed verbally abusing Howard.
shareEveryone's comedy isnt someone else's. Lots of comedy movies dont appeal to me. Now i liked TBBT myself. Not my top. But certainly pretty funny. T&HM is my 2nd fav in the the Charlie years. Still funny, but dropped when Ashton came aboard. Way more on the writers than Ashton being the problem.
May i ask what sitcoms you prefer as hilarious?
This show is funny but it varies a lot, it's not very consistence.
In my opinion, the show went downhill after Howard stopped being single and married Bernaette.
That must be one of the stupidest and dumbest decisions ever made. Howard was always a womanizer and it was hilarious seeing him trying to date every girl.
So what the hell were they thinking of making him married?!
And Sheldon getting a girlfriend was dumb as hell as well, however in this case since their relationship was strictly platonic it didn't hurt as much.
