What is your guess as to why IMDb users are so lukewarm about this film, which won Best Canadian feature film at TIFF?
if you look at the community score on RT, it's much lower (only 57%). I think the low score is just because this is way more of an artsy film (the kind that critics love) than something everyone will enjoy. They showed it on my college campus this weekend-- only a few people showed up, and I'm the only one who enjoyed it! Everyone else complained that it was boring and sappy...
