I found this guy to be good at wooing her and being understanding, but simply did not buy into these two making it if she had to decide to be with him. first there is nothing at all wrong with his culture or his way of thinking. The movie in my opinion to give a great love story but left out just how men like him truly are. He would have issues with several things about her such as her wanting to work and be her own person. For him to accept what she was is very difficult in his world. We did not see her get very much into his beliefs which was a mistake. The movie should gotten into his life and belief, it would have made a much better movie then him just finding a attractive women and falling for her, iT would have gotten to know him and fell in love with the whole package . She was at least in her fifties and most women don't change overnight.
