Just watched this last night and it wasn't as bad as some of these reviews stated. I was wondering, do any of you think that maybe something was going on in those woods before they played the game dead mary?

*spoilers*

In the beginning, Matt said he couldn't find anyone at the gas station when he went down for gas, he said he just had to leave the money on the table. Later in the movie, Brice says how odd it is that no one is around camping or having cookouts.. and Ted never shows up. I got to thinking, maybe Ted did show up before they got there and something happened. Maybe i'm just looking too deep into it, anyone else have any thoughts on this though?

Yeah, I kinda got that feeling...The strange thing it is almost like Ted was just an empty name or something because they never did find him and they never found or figured out where he was, it was like he never really actually existed but definitely the whole abscence of other people in the woods and in the surrounding town was quite odd and inexplicable.
