common now, horror is my favorite type of mivie, and this one is no exception.... but common, the ending is so weak im pissed off!! it was really alright and then POW nothing..... very dissapointed about the ending, like i get the whole thing but there should haave neen a little bit more, whats with that apocolypse thing? where was that going? what do you think?

I just finished watching it and I thought the same thing, I thought that they should have maybe carried it further and showed some other campers with the disease( play off of why there were no other campers) and then show the whole world with other symptoms( so it can tie in the whole apocolyste(sorry bad speeler) thing)I know it was supposed to be all about the whole Bloody(oops I mean Dead) Mary thing but I thought the tie in was bad and the ending seemed like the writer of the story was told to hurry up and finish because of a dead line. So in a long agreement, I agree somewhat good movie, but bad and quick ending.

Terrible acting. Ugly cast. The men were fugly and the women were so not hot. Bad bad acting and stupid plot. Not scary at all. Dead mary should have stayed dead.

First of all the acting was very good and the possession aspect allowed for a greater psychological thrill. Instead of knowing what the beastie was you had to guess and try to solve it yourself for the first half. However...
*SPOILERISH* I would have loved to have seen Lilly take that shovel to Kim's head before she fired, revealing that she was possessed the whole time.

just saw it and the ending confused the hell out of me! i was really frustrated b/c I really was getting into the movie until this.
shareyeah just watched it, i was kind of into it the whole way but it needed another 15 minutes to actually kill dead mary. the ghost sort of game in and left with no explanation which just leads me to believe the writers didnt really know what they wanted to do.
dont pay for it, but if its on showtime and theres nothing else on, sure...just dont expect to be satisfied at the end.

They needed to show the demon more. Tell us what happend to Ted. What did happen to everyone else that should have been at the lake. Why was there a loud booming sound procedded by the whole cabin shaking even before they did the whole Dead Mary Thing.
