How do you play keepy ups with the football? I done the penalties, but don't know how to play Keepy Ups.

Go to the football field before 7pm and in between classes, go up to the tree you hid in during 'Slingshot' there should be a glowing blue circle there, step on it and press Triangle.

Who can take you higher than a twin peak mountain blue?

You're welcome, did you find it? It's actually near to the stand (the one near the tree makes you climb it).
