I've got all the rubber bands I can get so far, but one I cannot find. It's in Old Bullworth Vale
I've printed off a list and it says the one I'm looking for is "At the end of the pier". I've go one "In the scenic area with the benches that overlooks the lighthouse and carnival", but I thought that was the pier. does anyone have screenshots of the two locations?

I've found the one I was looking for. The one at the pier was the one that I already had, NOT the Scenic area.
The Scenic Area (the one I thought I had, but didn't was just off a dirt path when you jump off the ramp at one of the houses in the cul-de-sac.
