Moral and ethics issue

First of all I don't want people harrassing me by saying "You don't understand the game" "You're missing the point of the game" "Just shut up and enjoy the game". I did enjoy the game, I think its very well made and if offers something of a youthful exuberance which I felt GTA sometimes lacked.
However my main fault with the game is that there is a shocking amount of sexism and ageism present which I personally feel quite offended by. I don't usually complain about things like this is games or films as there world these days is full of "isms" but this I felt was a push too far for me as this game is about giving children an insight into bullying.

Firstly I felt it wrong that when you attack a girl you are automatically hunted down by the police and the prefects. Why should it be any difference than when you attack a boy? I found this shockingly sexist that girls were getting preferential treatment. Girls IMO should be fair game and if needs be brutally beating, some of the stuff they say to you is horrendous and completely uncalled for. (Let the record state I say this is context of the game, I am in no way condoning physically violence in the real world. If you have issues with real-world/virtual-world, go see a psychiatrist).
Similar to this I think it is disgusting that the harrassment or physical abuse to children or adults is severely frowned upon by the authorities. Why is it that young males should feel the force of the law and not be covered in the same way as otehr age/gender groups? Are women, adults and kids too stupid to look themselves? No. Are young males just sensleess apes who deserve to be beaten?d No.

If a Sequel is to be made then these issues must be addressed, in this day and age whats good for the goose is good for the gander. Sort it out Rockstar.

If you didn't want people harassing you, then why did you post that rubbish here?

Just shut up and enjoy the game.

If the game was how you said then that would make me so happy.

Sometimes when you give flowers to a girl, a glitch might take place, like say if you take too long to press the kiss button, or if like some dumbass student near by interferes in some way, the girl will randomly get psycho and beat you with the flowers or knee you in the bloody balls! before running off. One time, lol this was funny, Christy forgot to attack Jimmy so she just ran off with the flowers still in her hand and I followed her cos' I thought it was odd. When I got to her, I went up to talk to her and she like lunged at me/Jimmy with the flowers like a sword as they do in fencing, and bashed me over the head with them. Pretty funny that.

Another thing that happened recently was on Halloween and I had just given flowers to Christy and was about to kiss her, so it was sort of semi cut-scene at this particular moment, when Davis tried to fire his slingshot at me but missed and hit Christy right in the head. She didn't react, other than me just hearing the sound a girl makes on the game when she's hit (ooh sorta' thing). So other than making a sound she just carried on as if she didn't just get hit right between the eyes with a stone lol, but just before we kissed she all of a sudden starts beating me up with the flowers, because Davis hit her with the slingshot, and then runs off screaming.

But yeah the girls do say some horrendous things. Man at the start of the game Melody is a right uppity, condescending bitch to you, trying to pick on you despite that she's just a little bratty kid, but then when Jimmy becomes more liked, if you are nasty to Melody one line she might say is "I don't understand... I never did anything to you!". That annoys me a lot. I know it's just AI programming but whenever she says that line I pretty much go medieval on her @ss.

I wish the game had a mild Sims element - you have an individual relationship level/meter with every other student (as opposed to just the cliques generalised). So basically, every time I'm nasty to Melody, a little thing would come up at the bottom of the screen stating that Melody dislikes me by a few more points now. Every student is say on a meter of 100, and those who are like 10 on your meter dislike you, but those who are 100 on your meter are your best friends. If you lose points with someone, you can get them back if you help them in a fight or just go up and talk to them and be nice. I would love it as well if like say I'm always being horrible to Melody (lol), she would become more and more scared of me, and eventually might start running away when she sees me and stuff.

Not too much like the Sims. Just individual relationship meters instead of faction/clique relationship meters. That's all.

It's not.
You attack a boy and you get hunted down by the police and the prefects too.

I found this shockingly sexist that girls were getting preferential treatment.

But they don't.

And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.

It's a Rockstar game dude. You're supposed to be playing a scumbag.

1. If you throw an egg, itching powder, or a stink bomb at a female adult, you don't get into as much trouble as tossing one at a male adult. How's that for "sexism"?

2. What is it about "ageism" that bothers you? Do you understand what ageism is? You don't get to beat up a child whose only wrongdoing is tattling and saying mean things to you. That's not ageism. Do the children and girls really do anything horrible that they "should be fair game and if needs be brutally beaten"?

That being said, they did an excellent job embodying real life rules. If you, a male, hit a female in real life, you will get into more trouble than hitting a male. I don't care how much a feminist believes they match up to a man; men are naturally stronger. And if you hit a girl or a child in real life, you should get into more trouble. Why should it be any different in the game?

I've been playing this game since 2007, and I will say that it would be booorrring if the meter didn't go red for all the things you mentioned.

It's the Rockstar game, very much like GTa, what did you expect? It may be sexist, but it's quite cool.

Rockstar games are extremely sexistic. The way women are portrayed in GTA games is like big boobed brainless bimbos(most of them). But it still makes me laugh anyway.
