Maybe a Quentin Taratino movie like Pulp Fiction? It has that same dark humour and character inter-connectivity that Taranito likes. His movies are more violent though and I'd say the Coen Brothers movies are more mature.
It could maybe be paired with a Kubrick movie like Dr. Strangelove or A Clockwork Orange as well, as both they and Burn After Reading are dark comedies that are mocking the government for their lack of ability to control situations.
It's a really tough question, I'd say I look forward to hearing other people's answers but IMDb is deleting these boards in just over a week.
