How big wasn't the biggest walking monster/s?
Lokked at least 18-100 ft tall.

Based on other creatures from the Wasteland, a place King references in several novels, these could easily be 80 foot tall. It seems likely the Mist is a "thinny" or doorway to another dimension, most likely the Wasteland.

As for your answer, I didn't understand the question - very strangely worded. Is the OP asking how big the biggest monster is? ie the impossibly tall creature?
That would seem to be something like 500ft tall wouldn't it?
Yeah, there is something we don't even see the top of. Definitely taller than 100 foot.
