It is one of the unwritten rules that the Death Note never runs out of pages.

I figure it's self-replenishing. I mean, we're talking about a notebook that kills people whose names are written on it. The notion that it could replenish itself isn't too far-fetched after that.

For all their amazing ideas and explanations of the rules I was amazed that they never addressed that glaring issue.
