I don't watch much TV nowadays but I have heard good things about Lewis and Endeavour. I have been re-watching a lot of Morse lately and enjoying it. How does Lewis differ from the original series with John Thaw?

shareI've really enjoyed seeing Kevin Whately mature in the role of Lewis and I think you'll enjoy it as well JimBallard. He was so boyish as Morse's sidekick and has become a little curmudgeonly himself as he's aged! It's rare that we can grow older along with a TV character. And now Lewis has his own sidekick, Hathaway, who adds quite another facet to this diamond of show.
