I was wondering the same thing. I didn't think they looked like ticks, since they tend to get dark almost black when they're that big and engorged with blood. What's odd is it looks like lichen.

Was wondering the same thing & got me thinking ... if those were ticks, they were obviously sucking blood out of him.. and later we see she makes him cum blood. Mm..
