shareYou are lucky that you get to watch it NOW and binge watch it. I watched it as it came out every week and had to wait and wait and wait for new episodes.
shareExcellent point, Droncz87. It is better to discover a show, then binge watch it.
AMC had a Breaking Bad marathon on New Years Weekend, and my wife and I basically sat in front of the tv the whole time. This would have sounded very lame to me beforehand, but now I remember it as one of the most entertaining weekends I've ever had.
it's great isn't it? just doesn't get old either....it gets better and better too. LOVED season 4....all of em actually but i'm so thankful they came back and did season 4. enjoy it
"...Hey, at least now we know when the next train was due"
I think season 4 was the weakest...well the last few episodes.
sharealmost done with Season 3.
Just saw the episode with Lily Tomlin as Kennys mom. Her introduction at the bowling alley was solid and pairing her and don Johnson was a good mix. Love Adam Scott as the drugged addicted agent. Matt Mconnahuegy (sorry I butchered it) had my favorite line "I live my dream Kenny. I suck my dream's **** every night."
the funniest part in my opinion is the ending when Kenny saves stevei from Schaffer planation.
"Told me about the tomfoolery in the shed."
"NO ONE ESCAPES FROM SCHAFFER PLANTATION."
"OF COURSE IM NOT ALRIGHT, I SELL KIAS!!! THINK ABOUT THAT!!!"
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
I wish Jody Hill would do another movie. Need to give foot fist way another try but loved observe and report. He's one of those directors that doesn't hold back and just goes there. Kinda like what Terry Zwigoff did with bad santa.
It's funny because I like season 4 pretty much equally, although 3 is my favorite. But maybe it's because I watched after they were all finished and released. I imagine waiting week by week for each episode provides you with plenty of build up and plenty of let down. Although I caught up to Breaking Bad in time to watch the last couple seasons and every episode just got better and better and more satisfying. Anywho, it's a lot less of a letdown when you can just move on to the next episode. Eastbound and Down never had 2 subpar episodes in a row.
shareI just started as well. I just finished up season 1, and I'm on the first ep of season 2. I came here to post the line "You look like the sax player from The Lost Boys, now you're tryin' to throw the language barrier in my face"
I laughed my ass of. The show really is great. I'm really excited that Amazon got all this HBO stuff. I plan on starting The Wire after this.
I just discovered it a year ago myself. What a hidden treasure!
I didn't binge watch though. I wanted to draw it out and really savor the experience. I'm almost through Season 4 and will be sad not to be able to watch anymore new episodes.
