He is the harp player. Just an extra, but the shot is focused on him for a couple seconds, right after Stevie tells Kenny about the failed intimidation.

I thought it was him also but couldn't find his name in the credits

Yeah, that's not him. Looks like him, unless you pause the video. Similar features, but more distinct chin and looser skin... Why would the T-bone be an extra?
