Chronological Order

It starts with the scenes in town. We see Wilkins leaving the store with the bag of candy, the girls trying on their costumes, and even the couple who start off the movie. Then we see the chubby kid smashing pumpkins and Wilkins catches him stealing candy and kills him. Then we are introduced to the pranking kids and they trick or treat at Wilkins before meeting up with Rhonda. Wilkins buries the kids body, dealing with both his son and old Mr Kreeg. I believe it is at this time Sam is attacking Kreeg. The girls make plans to meet at sheeps meadow and Laurie sets out looking for a date. The kids head for the quarry while Wilkins "helps his son with the eyes". After Sam deals with Kreeg he goes into town and sees Laurie, probably follows her and man in black to sheeps meadow. The events at sheeps meadow take place before Rhonda and Chip get in the elevator at the quarry. They hear the howls before descending. After the events at sheeps meadow Sam heads for the quarry and greets Rhonda as she leaves the scene. During this time Kreeg has been to hospital and been bandaged, or perhaps treated himself? As Rhonda walks home (walking right in front of the girls car) the school bus kids arrive at Kreegs house as Sam sees the couple arriving home and witnesses the blowing out of a jack o'lantern.

You can't watch them "in order" because they all overlap.
