Which twist surprised you the most?
For me, it was when the vampire was revealed to be Wilkins. I didn't expect that.

I actually agree. That coupled with the reveal seconds before that it wasn't a real vampire.
Made the slightly less surprising (but still well executed) twist with the werewolves a little more interesting.
Sayonara, not to be confused with cyanide, which is, of course, goodbye in any language.
Mr. Kreeg turning out to be the school bus driver totally caught me off guard.
I'm a totally bitchin' bio writer from Mars!
The vampire revealed to be Wilkins was just a dumb twist so they could tie it in with Anna Paquin's story. It served no other purpose.
shareThe werewolf girls. I really didn't see that coming.
shareThe Wilkens wolf victim thing is a good twist in theory but didn't work for me (and some other people). I didn't realize he was the serial killer dad until I read it on this board.
shareSame here. I watched this last night and while I loved the movie, I had no idea the principal and the vampire were the same person until someone mentioned it on here.
But I think the biggest twist, for me, was the werewolf girls.
I guess the biggest surprise is the one I never noticed in the movie until it was pointed out. Mrs. Henderson. the drunk woman who gives Macy, Chip and Sara the unusual treats was actually a werewolf too. At the bonfire scene, blink and you'll miss it, but you can see Mrs. Henderson rolling the man in the hot dog suit across the ground.
shareI went back to take a look. I couldn't tell. I saw the long, black gloves and a leg. I couldn't see her face.
shareWow i never noticed that!
shareWilkens being the vampire was a great twist, as was the vampire not being real.
What I found surprising was that the old man lasted as long as he did in his fight against Sam. Then after all that, Sam leaves and you see the old man patched up, ready to call it a night, only for him to be taken down by the deranged, zombie, school kids.
They say I'm insane. No, it's okay. You can nod because it's true. I am insane. -Lisbeth Salander
