Is this movie scary? Because the trailer kind of gives me mixed feelings. Lookin for a good hhallowee scare movie. Is this recommendable?

Is it scary? Not really. There arent any jumpscares and there arent any pure horror elements. There are some dark elements, but most of it is pure Halloween stuff.

By far my favorite "Halloween" movie out there. I watch it every year. Definitely worth a watch.
shareDepends on what you are looking for, my wife didn't like the film, I prefer watching Halloween or Poltergeist type films. This film wasn't my type of film.

One of my favorite movies set on Halloween. I just bought it to watch on Halloween.
shareI'd say creepy is a better word. Honestly though, it's become a favorite of mine, and it's one I always watch near the end of the season, I think it hits fun, spooky, all the elements just right to make it a perfect Halloween movie.
