Is it the same actor in Tropa de Elite(Elite Squad), the negro male main role, who is in the Tropa de Elite Squad in the movie Last Stop 174? At the end of the movie, the bus scene, there is a negro man who has the mark of an tropa de elite squad, he also wears glasses, so I just couldn´t stop thinking if it was him.. someone please help?

Yes, same actor. And the characters are probably inspired on the same real-life person, since the first officer to arrive at the bus 174 scene was also one of the authors of the book on which Tropa de Elite was based, and he is a black guy who wears glasses. Of course, this is a work of fiction blablabla...
Watch the "Bus 174" documentary (by José Padilha, who directed Tropa de Elite) and you'll see his face.
