In the episode Fly on the Wall, when Candace is curling her hair, there's a stuffed bear next to her. Isn't that Bobo from The Simpsons? Mr. Burns old teddy bear? It looks just like him & I know Dan Povenmire used to write for the show.

Not quite. That's Mr. Miggins, her childhood teddy bear. First seen when she locks herself in the basement panic room in the episode "I, Brobot". http://phineasandferb.wikia.com/wiki/Mr._Miggins

One of the halloween episodes is a sort of simpsons reference. It's set up with three story segments, similar to treehouse of horror.
