my one 7 year old niece loves kids romance movies like Cinderella, shrek, lion king etc watches p&F and she likes the phineas and isabella thing, she asked me one day why they haven't shown bajeet and buford stating their love or kissing. She's growing up in a socially forward household so she knows what lgbt is and she wonders why bajeet and buford haven't had any kissing or romantic scenes like phineas and isabella or ferb and vanessa.

It made me wonder, do you think the show should go that route with bajeet and buford? I mean like if my niece and her friends think there's something going on with the two then maybe they should since it seems obvious

Two guys are friends and people are pushing them down the gay path? Wow.

If it was done for a joke like Howard and Raj in The Big Bang Theory then OK, but.....

Bulford has been shown to be in love with a French Fireside Girl. I'm not sure of her name but it might have been Bridgette.

Bajeet has been shown to have a crush on the girl to whom he delivered the hat to in the Christmas vacation special.

They have been shown to be best friends even though one of them is a bully to the other. That was laid out in a Bully Bromance. And just to be clear, a bromance is not sexual. It is a guy equivalence to a girl's BFF.

This is a main stream kids/family show. I seriously doubt that they would do that with any of the kids. I would have no objection to have a parental same sex couple on the show but to appeal to the most people, the rule is don't make waves.

My daughter is also part of a forward thinking household. Although it is important to discuss diversity (and defects and possible cures)..it's best to leave the show innocent without pushing a dumb narrative.
