Major Monogram hosts an office Christmas party for all the spies he employs as well as for Dr. Doofenshmirtz and the other eeevil scientists. Everybody is just hanging out in the office, drinking eggnog, wearing ugly sweaters and reindeer antlers while mingling. I really want to see this made!
shareWell they've shown to have Christmas parties at OWCA. It might be because Major Monogram said all villains hate Christmas. Except for Doof, he thinks Christmas is just... okay.

shareEven so, I think having a reason to hate Christmas doesn't automatically mean he hates Christmas entirely. He just has a REASON to do evil in Christmas.
