Just watched this movie again, the speed of Starks wit, and the way R Downey delivered them is so quick.

Who...real person or fictional movie character can match or best him?

A scene where someone would ask Stark about his sharp wit and how he got it. Stark would reply "I have a Don Rickels training model to keep the wit in shape"--- a hologram of Rickels would appear and they would spend the next 2 min trading barbs.

Tyrion and Tywin Lannister!

Tywin would actually mop the floor with Stark in a battle of wits, he's much more focused and less neurotic.
