In Marvel, is it Hulk cuzza his limitless skrempf? Cap cuzza his incorruptble leadership and history? Spidey cuzza his youth and universal appeal (and sales)?. Wolverine cuzza his rebelliousness & busboy image?

For me, strictly from reading them... it will have to be Ms. Marvel/Carol Danvers. Which in no way means that the franchise will do her the justice she truly deserves. I think she only had one, possibly two stand-alone seasons in a book of her own; but she was a member of The Avengers for quite some time and made an indelible impression on a number of people in the process.
