I think this series is immense, but wonder about the Winston character. After Bob & Mike tie him with duct tape is he murdered? It's completely undiscussed afterwards and Ted, who's seems to be 'handling' him now, never mentions him again. Seems unrealistic?

I wondered that too. The writers dropped the ball on that plotline.
