Is Johnny Knoxville in this movie?

I have not seen this movie and on this website it does not say he is in it. However, when I saw this movie being advertised on TV I could have SWORN it was him that they showed in some scene saying to the guys something like, "Boys, welcome to college!" or something like that. Also this is a picture from the movie and it looks EXACTLY like him:

So is he in the movie and IMDB just does not have him listed or what?
