Kevin Covais? Drake Bell? And yes, its a total superbad poser.

Has anyone actually looked at the cast? Kevin Covais? Wasnt he that guy from American Idol a million years ago? Isnt he the guy that they said looked like chicken little? And Drake Bell? I mean comon, are these guys serious? Drake and Josh go college now?

Are we seriously supposed to go and see a movie about some nickolodian star and a guy from American Idol season -5, who go to collage meet some super hott girls, *beep* around a little and get tied to flag poles?

This movie is a serious poser of all the American Pie, and Superbad type movies. The only difference is that they have a terrible cast. I hope ive saved at least a few people 8 bucks.

But why would they make a movie with suck a lame cast? I mean comon...jesus, its such a poser ripoff...and check out the user comments. lol they all say the same thing. they are rediculously fake.

Drake Bell- Drake and Josh- Nickelodeon
Andrew Caldwell has been on a couple Hannah Montana episodes and 2 Nickelodeon shows.
Kevin Covais- 'Chicken Little' American Idol contestant.

And all these people are to star in a rated R movie.

"Rated R for pervasive crude and sexual content, nudity, language, drug and alcohol abuse."

Stupid.

Andrew also shares the last name of an American Idol contestant. Wonder if there's any relation seeing as how that's the only possible way his fat ass found work.

lol, and no its not cuase they are cheaper, its cause they are trying wayyy to hard to be cool, im sure plenty of other people wanted to be in this movie but these nick stars are trying wayy to hard to be cool...kevin=mclovin poser.

Kevin - Normal, yet slightly awkward kid who wants to party but is reluctant to... sounds like Evan from Superbad.

Carter - Fat, loud, somewhat obnoxious kid who wants to party and get laid as much as possible... reminds me of Seth.

Morris - Nerdy, glasses-wearing kid who is really awkward and is the well-behaved one of the bunch, and ends up (almost) getting laid. McLovin anyone?

I'm sure I'm not saying anything new, but I definitely felt all that by the second half.

Yeah. A total and complete rip-off of Superbad.
The second I saw all three of them together, I WAS DISGUSTED.
Superbad is one of my favourite movies.
College is a disgrace.

A remake is Hollywood's way of a lazy sequel, unless Tim Burton does it

How would I have done it?
No, I don't know exactly...
I'd start off with a different cast,
and my own plot.

The movie didn't engage me because everything in College I've seen before.

It's not a ripoff of Superbad because they were filmed at the same time.
College just was released later.
If you watch the gag reel on the dvd at the end it says 2007.
Or even 2006, I can't remember.
All I know is that it said an earlier year than what the dvd case had said.
dvd case says 2008, but it was filmed before then.

I rented the movie this past Tuesday and loved it because of the hot looking women in the movie. This movie was not bad at all like you are saying. I cracked up and laughed due to some of the practical jokes that were done in the movie.
