I loved it. Better than most of the crap passed as "horror" today. Can't wait for the sequel.

Underrated

People bitch and whine so much about how the killers motives and his real goal was never explained but that is kind of the films charm, the main character finds himself at the worst possible place at the worst time, and we as the wiever are as blank as him om the matter. The whole time he was in the house he was like WTF like us and from that point on the only thing that mattered was to SURVIVE.

Not everything needs a lecture and a explanation it also depends on your imagination, much like in real life.

I myself really felt bad for the mail character altough he was ethically wrong about going in that house in the first place, but i couldnt find myself symphatizing with him, not everything is just black and white, and sometimes we find ourselves does stupid things in bad situations.

This movie is a gem. Way better than I expected. It was smart and filmed beautifully. Hope the sequel's the same.
