Does anyone know how original Telenovela ended?

Also did original telenovela have Michael and Caroline's last name as Krieger?

Have no knowledge of the original telenovela (Resistiré), but I can across this which is a translation by someone who's native language is not English:

Thanks dmr. It looks like there are some similarities except Julia does not run off to Paris with Caroline, and in the U.S. version, she is not surprised that Jack is at the door when she opens it.

Michael's body explodes at the end of the original. That happens to be the only scene I saw. At the time, I could only assume that somehow medusa and perseus combined and made him blow up. Was pretty great...
