it had good pacing , interesting and funny characters, good dialgues and most of all good cgi godzilla which was destroying lot of stuff!
the baby godzilla scenes were nicely done.
here you cant even tell whats happening on the screen .
the creatures could not even fit in the screen, most of the action was in night.
I tried rewatching the '98 film a few months ago. I went into it ready to give it an honest chance, but no, I just couldn't get into it.
The film is just boring with a story that never rises to the level of actually being interesting. That is why the 2014 film is superior, it took the time to pay attention to plot and develop characters.
98 Godzilla is one of the worst movies ever made, while this one is the best version to date, including its lame sequel which had amazing visuals but was a let down overall.
2014 Godzilla is a masterpiece and the best Godzilla movie ever. 2019 had great visuals and action scenes, but the human characters nearly ruined the movie and were mostly annoying af (sans Mr "Let them fight" and Charles Dance).
Haven't seen Godzilla Minus One yet, but I liked Shin Godzilla too and by all accounts, GMO is even better.
1998 Godzilla is a pile of dog shit with nothing good in it, except Jean Reno's character. If I could find and burn every copy and trace of it online and offline, I happily would.
Snoozilla 2014 is an abomination and it's the worst Godzilla movie ever made. The characters and story are horrendous and the action is horrendous as well.
Godzilla 1998 is a masterpiece and 100000000 times better. Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters (2019) is a masterpiece and 1000000000000 times better as well.
If I could find and burn every copy of Snoozilla 2014 and trace of it online and offline, I happily would.
