this film is pretty on the outside and hollow within.

its impossible to argue the cinematography and settings aren't gorgeous. from the beginning when its following that helicopter on the mountain its soo beautiful.. but thats where it ends..

it trys so hard to be jaws and not show the monster til the end, but godzilla is supposed to be our main character, and the reasons for the cutaways are so poor you are left angry..

even like the kardashians it was all a marketing facade.. Cranston was clearly shown to be the main protaganist in the trailers.. instead he dies... for no reason we can understand.... and what we get left with is a 2d, 2 bit undeveloped soldier played by a far worse actor......

this film had massive potential.. and ruined it all..
