Spare Us the White Guilt Feminist Malarkey

TO add to the black guilt trip, they also laid this guilt trip on him about his wife. As far as I can tell, his big crime against her was that he made enough money so she could stay at home and raise their two kids. But somehow that's heinous since that put out of the career competition track for 17 years, so now that the kids are leaving home, she won't get the same sort of high powered job she had before she became a hausfrau.

But maybe she didn't want to work that kind of job? Or that staying home helped her kids grow up better? Or maybe she would like to get some less stressful more satisfying human services sort of job later on.

This guy was supposed to be the fall guy for all the sins of white America, yet for all I can see he was not a bad guy at all. I mean if you are going to have a horror movie, maybe you can make the horror make sense as honest retribution. Not some treatise on all the sins of America.
