Spare Us the White Guilt Black Power Malarkey

God it is so easy to despise such a loaf of PC garbage. I mean that Mandingo baloney was such crap. Spewing nonsense like how his breed built the pyramids etc. What did this guy do to deserve to have that lowlife torture him? Mandingo and his type need to go back to Africa and live in some dung hole country like Congo if America doesn't meet their lowlife standards.

I hate PC guilt tripping rubbish like this.

The Mandingo character was his "deepest fears", but that is only political correctness on a different, and far more sinister level. Hollywood would never show a black man being violent towards a white man (despite this being the overwhelmingly most common form of interracial crime), but if you show that this crime is what the white man fears most, it's ok, because then it's just the white man's prejudices. It's now the evil, racist white man's fault, and the fact that black-on-white crime is very real and very common, is completely excused.

My white guilt bank account had been over drawn and closed for insufficient funds for decades. My folks didn't even come here till the 1930s so screw them.

You people think way too hard on a boring arse movie

reply

True, it was boring, but it did get off to a good start

I thought it was more of a twist on the usual PC-ness in movies.

The protagonist was a stereotypical, enlightened, hipster but in reality, his outward progressiveness was a facade for internal racism and paranoia.
