Although I dont think holocaust deniers really think that it didnt happen , they just dont think it was a big deal / bad thing

shareClimate change does not mean humanity must leave the planet, that's probably the biggest flaw of this film. Sure, many people would die, but "re-terraforming" Earth would be far cheaper.

I mean if you connect the dots as far as you have to I’m sure you can shove that square peg in the round hole. The film wasn’t about climate change it was about humanity’s struggle for survival and it’s about a mans personal needs vs. the needs of the species.

yeah you can , you could just pretend the "blight" in the movie happened for any number of other reasons.
The movie "The road" managed to be a movie without ever explaining what caused the environmental disaster which is the main character of the movie, unlike this one
