conan - game of thrones light edition.same sets,same actors?
when i saw this movie when it came out,i havent seen game of thrones.

but now... there are people that is in both, and the sets.. and clothes..everything looks exactly the same.

so now i understand that maybe this is meant to capitalize on the sucess of game of thrones.

and why not?

this features 120% more violence and actual battles, - that is hilariously abscent in the game of thrones tv show. (yes lets fight, then they cut to afterwards. or show just 10 people fighting) .

anyway,i like this movie,

I got the impression that Conan was delayed on purpose to capitalize on Momoa's popularity.

Filming for Conan started in march 2010. I don't think GoT was filming that early.

Aside from Momoa (Samoa, ha ha!), who else is in both?
I only watched GOT once, all 3 seasons back to back, so didn't pay too much attention to who was in it.

GOT isn't really about the action so much as the interactions between people and all the political stuff that results, I guess. They have enough combat so you get the idea, same as with the nudity - You get enough brief flashes of flesh, without them having to go full-on pornographic, to understand the point.
