Evan Rachel Wood had like 5 tattoos that were shown on her body. Teen girls , even now do not have that many unless they are a total rebel. I digress. In 1992 no teen girls in HS had tattoos,let alone a 17 yr old. This was totally sloppy and those disgusting eye sores , should have been air brushed for the film. Stupid they just let that go.

That part of the movie took place in 2007, as did Uma Thurman's. Other clues: the not so huge cell phone Diana's older lover was talking on in his truck across from the movie theater, the computers in the classroom after the shooting, and the two girls' moms having a common boyfriend Raul who "looks like Moby", when no one had heard of Moby in 1992.

At any rate, it sounds like you have a glaring hatred of tattoos. I counted two tattoos on ERW's character (a daisy on her hip and something small on the inside of her ankle). And I really doubt you can make the claim that "no teen girls in high school had tattoos" in 1992. Come on. Seriously? Do you think tattoos are a new fad? No one had tattoos in the 1990s? Because if adults had tattoos, you can bet there were teens who wanted them and found a tattoo artist who would do them without it being legal. (Though I don't know much about tattoo laws in the 1990s.) Furthermore, did you know every single teenage girl in high school in the United States in 1992? Did you inspect their naked bodies for tattoos? No? Then what the hell are you talking about?

Like has been said it wasn't in 1992!!!! She was flash forwarding from 2007 TO 15 years after, Jesus. You obviously didn't get the movie if you can't figure that out, and her character was rebellious, obviously she had a few tattoos
