I don't care what you say, I liked it.

There seems to be so much hate for this movie. But I liked it. It has a quirky mood and a lot of sly humor that you either get if you don't. Neighbors trying to one up each other in cat scan machines? A librarian has an affair with Jesus? And I'll never forget Ryder having the affair with the dummy.

Yes, it's not solid all the way through, but I like when people try something different. And this certainly was different.

I really enjoyed it too. Don't worry about the hate--a lot of people just don't get David Wain's comedies. It's the same thing with Wet Hot American Summer. Hilarious movie, but many people hate it.

I hate that I live in a world where this is considered a horrible film. This is absurdism at it's finest.

I was suprised to see so many negative reviews. I LOVED this movie! It's was witty, silly, and just plain fun. I haven't laughed so hard from a film in a long time. And this is coming from someone who normally doesn't like comedies.

It's all fun and games until someone gets caught. Then it's larceny.

It really does have some absolutely hilarious moments. True, it falls and stumbles in some places, but there are some really, really funny parts of it, too.

A few years later, I find myself wanting to watch it once in awhile. I know I'm not going to guffaw, but the absurdism of it all is just delightful.

"Right now, I'm really into... this."

I first saw this film in 2009. It was the first time I'd seen anything by David Wain, and I thought it was amazing. I've watched it every years since then and have recommended it to all my friends who like comedies. I have since gone on to find everything I can with/by David Wain, and have not been disappointed - whether it's his web series "Wainy Days," "Stella" or his other movies. None are as awesome as "The Ten" - but they make me want to see more of his stuff.

I LOVED this movie! Several years ago, me and my best friend were in the mood for a comedy that neither of us had seen, preferably with Paul Rudd. That was our criteria, and we stumbled upon The Ten. We now have so many inside jokes from the movie, from 'It was a goddamn goof!' to 'vaaagggiiiiiinnnnnaaaaa'.

The absurdity of it all is what makes it so great, but a lot of people don't have that kind of sense of humor, and I guess I understand that. Though I feel sorry for people that take life so seriously they can't find the humor in cat scan machines, big bubba's wife, or naked Sundays.
