The oversized sweater and was that a fake dog?

1 How did they shoot the dead dog falling from the back of the car?
did they drug the dog? Was it some kind of extremely realistic fake dog?

2 Where did she get that oversized sweater from? It obviously wasnt her husbands, Roth is smaller than Naomi.

Hi,

About the dog, i meant 'shoot' as in shooting with a film camera, I was wondering how did they shoot the dog's limp body falling from the car onto the floor, was that a real dog, maybe drugged or some kind of FX?

And about the sweater,
What was André the Giant's sweater doing on their luggage bag?

Uh, ok sorry, misunderstanding.

Can't tell, really, and wouldn't want to speculate neither.

What was André the Giant's sweater doing on their luggage bag?

Again, can't tell. But seeing how it's a mere prop, which probably was just introduced to make Watts look more lost and vulnerable without having any further significance, I don't really think it merits special attention.

If you're looking for just any explanation for that oversized sweater, maybe just think of it being her late father's one she occasionally likes to wear, for fond memories sake.

In both instances the original looks pretty much the same btw. Except the (shepherd) dog's lying on the driver's seat and dropping off that onto grassy floor when she opens the door. Where that sleeveless, oversized sweater is strikingly similar.

I gasped when I saw the dog rolling out of the car as well. It looked TOO REAL.

The sweater was ridiculous.

Two dogs, Gable and kelley where cast in the film :) Thet where trained for every scene including kelley, falling out the back of the suv pretending to be dead.
That's why it looked so real... because it was :) Doggy acting :)
