Seriously hated this film.

I really didnt know much about this going into this film aside I knew it was a remake. I have heard good things about it so I was expecting a terrifying film. I really hated this film. There is nothing I liked about it. So two young dorks go to a rather rich family's house and terrorize them. Thats basically the whole film. Who are these two. Just two random people? Why are they doing this? Why does one of them break the fourth wall? There is no answer to any of these questions. Also I think I may have found my least favorite movie scene ever. The wife finally strikes back grabs the shotgun and kills one of the villains. The other grabs a remote rewinds the film and gets the gun first. What the hell was that. You might as well just put anything in the film then. Thats the dumbest scene I have ever seen. I love a good disgusting torture filled freak show but this was just a bummer. There was really no terror here. Just a family getting brutalized for almost two hours and then killed. Its just a very boring dull bummer of a film. I have heard that this was supposed to be some kind of satire on violence but I have no idea if this film was trying to make a point or not. I really could not wait for this one to end. I just really hated this film. 1/10
