U.S. release of EV sch for 5/22/09

I see that the U.S. release daye for EV has been scheduled for 5/22/09-but it says 'LIMITED' Why!

This kind of film is always given a limited release. It's inexpensive way of building word-of-mouth, before a possible expansion into wide release.

i checked out an English DVD site and it has release date : 16/03/2009 and it means the DVD.

So long as it comes out the in USA I am happy. I live in NY so the chances that I will get to see it are good.

while I live in Michigan the chances for me to see it is really small, butI hope it becomes really big for a nationwide release. Limited sometimes means NY and LA.

This film will not fly in the USA. The whole premise of the movie is absolutely boring to 99% of Americans. I doubt it will be released at all because it won't make any money here. It might be distributed on DVD but that's it. The big movie houses here won't touch it. Jessica Biel does not belong in this role.

Well I think that's a little bit arrogant, don't you think?

I for one am a 17 year old American girl and I really enjoyed the movie. My sister is a 26 year old and she enjoyed the movie.
