I'm curious, a bit worried.

So first,
This movie is rated R? For those who have seen it, why?

Next,
I am wondering, I heard that Ben and Jessica get pretty close in this movie, but how close?
When I first started liking Ben Barnes, after I saw Caspian, I started to respect him. I have a great amount of respect for Ben Barnes, and I know that some of my respect would be lost if I knew he was doing a lot of sex scenes.
From some things I read, I figured he would be very modest and stay out of the magazines a bit more than those big names you see every day on covers and such.
I just didn't think that he would be the kind of person to be doing big sex scenes in movies where they showed a lot, I'm wondering.
I don't care much about spoilers.
Please tell.

It will be a PG or PG-13 in the US. There is no sex in the film it is just implied. In the UK it is a PG with the warning- Contains Mild Sex References and Innuendo.

WOOT!
WONDERFUL!
thank you, this makes my day.

Why would you lose respect for Ben if he did Sex scenes?

reply

I wouldn't lose all respect.
My favorite actor is Christian Bale and he has done a lot of sex scenes in movies, but he is still my favorite actor.

In movies, there is no real feeling, they are just acting. They aren't acutally attracted to each other, they are merely doing it for the movie.
God didn't create sex to be that, he created it for babies, yes, and for two people to enjoy who love each other.

I don't think this movie will cause you any offence. It's only innuendo. But, I suggest you don't watch Ben's next movie, Dorian Gray. The novel has lots sexual and homosexual undertones, and i've heard (unconfirmed) reports that the movie has sex scenes, as well as scenes with rent boys.

I can't wait for Dorian though, the books great. Although, Ben doesn't really look like Dorian

reply

I did read Dorian Gray, and it's one of my favorite books. I just think it's so good.

I have seen an old version of The Picture of Dorian Gray, with that lady that's on Murder She Wrote and plays Mrs. Potts. I just can't think of her name right now.
I didn't like that version.
And I want to see the version with David Gallager.

It's kind of funny that both Prince Caspian and Dorian were supposed to be blonde.

Oh grow up. Most people realise that actors are acting but thanks for pointing it out. I don't happen to believe in God so does that mean I can't have sex. Keep your religion in church
