she is one dimensional monotone god awful. she luckily had great lines to say because of great dialogue. but she is the worst actress. so out of her league with colin firth, kristin scott thomas..etc..ben whatever also got on my nerves because he was also a very weak actor. sucks. don't have former boy band members and a former model be the leads. they cannot carry a movie. okay?

There's a certain langeur that Brit femmes excel at. Kristin S-T does it well. In the director's comments he rhapsodizes about her luminosity and beauty. I didn't see it, pehaps because of the hair. In the US only Katharine Heigl has that 30's star beauty, but it's not utilized by dirctors or writers. She's a worthy Monroe-Lombard throwback.
