So does anyone know that when they actually ran the naked mile, if all the actors/extras were really completely naked? like, is their any full frontal from the guys or girls???

They weren't. There are areas where you can see the men wearing a sock over their groin and the women have like a piece of tape or something.

John White was naked but the rest of the cast was not.
