Worth seeing for the scene where *Spoilers*
Frank gets left behind with his daughter.
I have a little girl myself and this scene just broke my heart.

Agree that was a powerful scene. Especially since the dad knew he was going to be left behind the moment he turned his back - even before they started the car, he knew - but he wanted to go out with dignity and set a good example for his daughter. A the license plate said, he was the "World's Greatest Dad."
One thing that did bother me though. Had he stayed in the car, they wouldn't have abandoned him, right? (At least not there). So why didn't the girl just take a dump on the ground behind the car? Everyone could have turned their backs. Ok, not very civilized, but in a survival situation, those are the type of rules you can break.
Just watched this and what a lot a rubbish.

shareThis scene is one of the key moments that puts this movie above. Gripping, well-acted. It wasn't superficially tragic or dark for the sake of it—just felt significant yet very natural within the progression of the film.
