In a few episodes in Season 3, Justin had a friend, who at first was mean to him in school, then competed with him for a part in Billy Madison, then they hung out for a while until the kid's friends shamed him into being mean to Justin... at which point the kid said "it's pathetic how you follow me around" or something mean like that.
I can't remember the character's name, so I don't know how to find him in the Episodes Cast List. Anyone know what the character's name was and/or who the actor is who played him?

Max Erich is his real name :-)

I remember him saying in an interview that he'd come back at some point on the show but he never did! Sucked cause I thought Justin & him were really cute.

Randy played by Max Ehrich.

He was supposed to come back for Season 4, but when the show was cancelled and everything had to be wrapped up, they never got a chance to bring him back. Shame.

Max Ehrich mentioned it on his Twitter.

Actually, a lot of things were supposed to be different if it weren't for the cancellation. Austin would have been a much bigger, expanded role (as said in the casting notice) and Silvio stated a few things (The wedding was supposed to be the season finale with Wilhelmina being shot, Hilda was supposed to have her baby in Season 5, etc.)

There's a lot of changes that were made last minute.
