Was Daniel's apartment in the Meade building?

We saw that in the first season Bradford had living quarters in the building, and when Betty went to Daniel's place on Thanksgiving, Amanda and Marc saw her running toward Meade

No. We've seen Daniel's apartment building on a few occasions and it was not in the Meade building.
