Octavia Spencer (Constance Grady, Ignacio's crazy case worker from season 1) won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for "The Help". Woo Hoo!!!

Love it!!! Congratulations to Octavia!!! She is an awesome actress, but the first thing I thought of when she won was, "she was on Ugly Betty!" LOL

I know, I'm late to the party, but Mo'Nique, who played L'Amanda the night receptionist in lust with Henry in Season 2, also ended up winning an Oscar a few years later, for Precious: Based on the Novel "Push" by Sapphire.
